Australian Expander / Container homes help and information group
Alex • 9 hours ago • O
Clayton Bielby, can Expandify finish the homes your customers have paid for?
We searched your QBCC record today and it now shows a structural direction to rectify that hasn't
been complied with. It also still shows "No Current Nominee", so there's no licensed person listed
to supervise your building work.
Meanwhile, your website appears to be repositioning Expandify towards wholesale supply, while
customers are still waiting on homes they paid you to supply and install. Many of them, including
us, for more than a year.
We've been trying to find a solution through our solicitor for months and we're still no closer to
getting my mum into her home. I know other families are in the same terrified boat.
So, Clayton some questions:
• Can Expandify pay its billsand fund completion of its existing contracts? Your own appointed
representative, Tim Austin, told us Expandify might go under.
• Who is actually going to supervise, install and finish these homes?
• What is the structural direction about and why hasn't it been complied with?
• Where is your focus right now? On a new wholesale business, or on finishing the homes your
customers have already paid for?
These are people's life savings. We deserve answers, so why not come and clear this up here or at
least directly with your customers?

Sue Inman we have no issues getting our buildings approved anywhere in
Qld or NSW. Maybe it's just bad management.

That isthe problem going with companies that claim one thing but can't actually for
fill. Buy cheap, get cheap. Stick with Australian built companies. Class 1a means it's
built to Australian build code. If it's a Chinese import you'll be paying twice.
