Affordable Modular Buildings is no longer involved with Expandify orders. As a result, all customer communication and order management has returned to Expandify, effective immediately. If you are contacted by anyone from Affordable Modular regarding your order, you don’t need to action anything, and we’d appreciate you letting us know. Your order remains active and nothing about this change affects the building itself. We are currently finalising the details of the next steps for every customer, and you will receive a personal update from us on your specific order within the next seven days. That update will set out exactly where your order is up to and what happens from here. We do suggest that all communication during this period be by email. I am currently overseas at our manufacturing facilities working on customer orders, and Clayton is on sites facilitating install, so phone calls may go unanswered. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us, it means nothing gets missed, and it gives you a written record of everything we tell you. If your question is urgent, mark the subject line URGENT and we will do our best to prioritise it. Please hold questions about your specific order until your update arrives, as that will likely answer most of them. Nothing is required from you in response to this email. Thank you for your patience. We know it’s been tested, and we’re focused on getting your home to you.
