Over the past few months, we've been working on a partnership with Affordable Modular Buildings, led by Tim Austin and his experienced team. After a lot of planning, we're pleased to say that we're now moving forward together, and this changes things for your build - in a good way! Affordable Modular Buildings has built a strong reputation in the Australian modular construction industry, delivering more than 1,200 projects over the past five years. Operating from their purpose-built facility in Queensland, they have a large, capable team and extensive experience delivering high quality residential and commercial modular projects across Australia. For you, this means more hands on your project. By combining Expandify's manufacturing, design, quality and compliance expertise with Affordable Modular Buildings Australian construction, project management and installation capability, we now have a larger team able to move your home through the remaining stages more efficiently. Clayton and I aren't going anywhere. We'll continue to be actively involved throughout your project and will work closely alongside Tim and his team to ensure your home is delivered to the standard we've always aimed for. We'll be calling you this Saturday to introduce Tim, walk through what this partnership means specifically for your home, including where things currently stand and what the path forward looks like, and answer any questions you have. Hi Sarah, Following the phone call on Saturday, we are yet to hear from Tim even though he said he would be phoning Kay’s solicitor on Monday. I don’t have his contact details if you could please provide them so I can follow up directly. I also wanted to check if the house is on the boat yet? And we haven’t had an update on foundations or council approval yet? Just noting as well seven days has past since the letter from our lawyer was sent and we haven’t had a response.
