Tim’s latest reply and Alex’s preceding follow-up are transcribed. Contact details remain redacted. Earlier quoted messages repeat COM-0053, COM-0054 and COM-0055. The follow-up’s quoted header reads 12:19 here but 14:19 in COM-0056; its body says “It is now 2.00 pm”. Alex’s preceding follow-up, 11 August 2026 · quoted time differs between copies

Hi [name redacted],

Thank you for confirming receipt.

With the vessel due in 15 days, no foundation date and a disputed invoice due this week, urgent needs to translate into an actual response. It is now 2.00 pm and I have still heard nothing from Tim, despite his request last night that I call him urgently and my response offering to speak today if he could suggest a time.

I find the continued lack of a substantive response increasingly concerning.

Separately, Tim advised on 6 August that building approval had been received. Could you please send me the approval notice and any attached conditions for my records?

Many thanks,

Alex
