Hi Alex,
If I don’t answer your call, please send me a text and I will come back to you when I am available.
As I explained previously, AMB is actively working to finalise your project. Building Approval was only received recently, and we cannot properly schedule and coordinate the onsite construction activities until that approval is in place.
AMB has now delivered more than 1,200 projects. My team is experienced, professional and fully capable of managing your project through to completion.
Our construction manager is just about to
We do not need to continually prove our capability because of the previous issues you experienced with Expandify before our involvement.
I need to be very clear about where we go from here.
AMB agreed to assist with the existing Expandify projects after carefully reviewing them and determining which projects we believed we could successfully deliver.
I became involved because I wanted to help get these clients through a difficult situation and get their projects completed so you don't all potentially lose your money if Expandify can't continue.
However, for that to work, you need to allow my team and me to manage the construction process this includes payments when due.
I understand you have frustrations arising from what happened previously with Expandify. However, those historical issues cannot continue to dictate our working relationship or interfere with AMB's ability to deliver the project efficiently.
From this point forward, I need your cooperation. When we request information, approvals, decisions or actions from you, I need them dealt with promptly. Likewise, I need you to follow the construction process and direction provided by my team.
If you are prepared to do that, we will continue pushing forward and work to complete your project as efficiently as possible.
If you are not comfortable allowing AMB to manage the project in that manner, then I will need to reconsider AMB's continued involvement and our contractual arrangement with Expandify in relation to your project.
That is not my preferred outcome. My preference is simple: we stop going backwards, work together professionally, and get your project finished.
Please call me so we can discuss this directly and determine how we move forward.
Tim Austin
