Alex’s clarification
To clarify, this complaint isn't about who sold Mum the home or who caused the delays.
It’s about Tim’s conduct while AMB was involved. Being a subcontractor doesn’t make that conduct any less relevant.
I think how a business treats its customers matters when people are deciding whether to use them. I’m sharing our experience so people can read it and make up their own minds.
